  • How do I place an order?
    1. Go to our shop and choose which Grazing box you would like. 2. Click on 'Order Now' and it will take you to our Order Form. 3. Fill up all the required details and select your order. 4. Proceed to checkout and kindly wait until we contact you via the Live Chat or through Whatsapp.
  • How much does delivery cost?
    We provide free delivery within the Setia Alam and Bukit Jelutong area. Delivery to other parts of KL and Selangor are charged based on our courier (Lalamove).
  • What is a Grazing Box?
    It is a box filled with a premium assortment of fresh fruits, cheeses, dried nuts, sweet treats, pastries and cold cuts.
  • Where do you deliver to?
    At the moment, we deliver to the KL and Selangor area.
  • Can I customise a Grazing Box?
    Yes! If you have any special requests, make sure to leave it in the additional notes box before checkout. If not, you can Whatsapp us at 012-364-6957 or leave us a message @sayitwithgraze on IG and FB,
  • Does my order look exactly like the pictures?
    Our boxes and platters are customisable and vary according to availability. For example, if our supply of brownies are not available, we will substitute with another pastry (of course, after checking with you and your preferences). However, it is most likely that the standard box is available. If you would like to change anything, do let us know by contacting us.
  • When should I place an order?
    Please place your orders at least1 and a half to 2 days before the desired delivery date. This is to ensure we have enough time to prepare your box. Remember, we use FRESH items!
  • How long does a Grazing Box last?
    Our Grazing Boxes are best consumed fresh, however may be stored for up to a week in the refrigerator.
  • Can I self-collect an order?
    Yes! Just let us know when you are messaging us. However, pickup points are either in Setia Alam or Bukit Jelutong. More details depend on your order.
  • I can't select more than one box on the Order Form.
    We apologise as this is due to our website limitations. After placing an order, you can click 'Order Again' to place another order and let us know via Live Chat that you have placed multiple orders. Don't worry as we will double check all orders and make sure it is all taken into account.
  • Are your Cold-Cut meats Muslim-friendly?
    Yes! All you need to do is specify what types of meat you prefer. We have two separate kitchens for our Grazing Boxes involving Cold Cuts.
  • Do you have a vegan/vegetarian option?
    Yes! However, there is an additional charge of RM30 as we source for the best quality vegan/vegetarian products.
  • Can I add more meat to my Charcuterie Box?
    Yes! However, there is an additional charge of RM30.
